This mass notification system can send one-way alerts to parents, students, and staff.
Alert messages can be sent by telephone (robo-voice or recorded voice message), SMS text, and email.
Alert messages can be sent as a one-time alert, automatic recurring alert, or email newsletter.
Filters allow alerts to be sent to specific groups of students/parents/staff based on a large number of criteria.
Alert messages can include plain text or other information such as a phone number, email address, or html hyperlink to a website or linked document (such as a pdf file saved in Google Drive). HTML-formatted email messages can be sent as an email newsletter.
One Time Alerts and Recurring Alerts can be sent by telephone, text, and email. You can disable the telephone call if desired and just send the alert via text and email.
Email Newsletters can be sent by email only. Email Newsletters can include plain text or HTML-formatted text.
The School Alerts system can be accessed from the SchoolWise Web Administration Menu or School Office Menu by clicking on Manage Telephone Alerts.
