If your school uses the SchoolWise accounting system for ELP billing, use the 'Special - Accounting' reports that use non-cafeteria accounting transaction data.
Tip: We have several Accounting reports which can be customized to include information such as your school's Tax ID, contact information, and special notes:

Accounting Payments Over a Date Range
If your school uses SchoolWise Actions for manual billing of after school program related fees, use the 'Special’ reports which include several After School reports. Note: Actions can't be used for online billing or automated billing.

Online Billing and Payments Transaction History
If your school uses the SchoolWise Online Billing and Payments system, parents can print an accounting transaction report from their parent portal which has the accounting item transaction dates and charges/credits.
By clicking on a child’s name and account, you will see the transaction history (which can be printed).
