Online Payments Overview

The SchoolWise Online Payments System allows parents and staff to pay for school fees online from their SchoolWise web account via debit card, credit card or bank account (ACH transfer).

If your school accepts online payments for more than one type of accounting item, you will see each type of accounting item individually.

If a parent has more than one child in the family, you will see their accounts individually.

Bills are not sent to parents or staff. Account balances and transaction history can be viewed online in their SchoolWise web account.

Staff with appropriate web user privileges can view the student account summary from the Web User Accounts Parents tab. Click on the hamburger menu next to the Username and select Parent Billing Accounts.

If you subscribe to the optional Parent Alert System, an alert can be set up (text/email only or phone/text/email) to remind parents that they have a negative balance owing below a certain level.
