With divorced parents and blended families, more parent portal accounts are often required. In SchoolWise families can have one or two parent/guardians living in the same household and parents/contacts not living in the same household. Out-of-household parents/contacts can include divorced parents or other extended contacts.

Out-of-household parents/contacts wanting their own individual parent portal account must have an email entered in the SchoolWise SIS. Then, for the contact to create their web account they would follow the steps as detailed here: https://help.schoolwise.com/docs/parent-web-portal-accounts
