SchoolWise accounting system transactions and account balances can be viewed online in your SchoolWise web user account if the optional Online Billing & Payments system has been enabled (contact SchoolWise support).
Bills are not sent to parents or staff. Account balances and transaction history can be viewed online and printed.
If your school has more than one type of accounting item, you will see each type of accounting item category (ex. Cafeteria Meals & After School Programs).
Online Payments: If you subscribe to the optional SchoolWise Online Payments system, parents or staff can pay their account balance online directly from their web user account. Click here for general information regarding the Online Payments system.
School Alerts: If you subscribe to the optional SchoolWise School Alerts system, an alert (one-time or automatic recurring) can be set up (text/email only or phone/text/email) to remind parents that they have a negative balance owing and payment is due. Use the alert filter for 'Students with a Negative Account Balance' which allows you to define a balance threshold. Click here for general information regarding the School Alerts system.
Student Accounts
Parents can view their student's accounting transactions in their parent portal web account by clicking the 'Student Accounts' link. 
If a parent has more than one child in the family, you will see their accounts individually.
By clicking on a child’s name and account, you will see the transaction history.

Parents can print an accounting transaction report which has the accounting item transaction dates and charges/credits for the selected date range.

Staff Accounts
Staff can view their accounting transactions in their staff web account by clicking the 'My Billing Accounts' link. 

Staff with appropriate web user privileges can view the student account summary from the Web User Accounts Parents tab. Click on the hamburger menu next to the Username and select Parent Billing Accounts.
